Online Reiki Energy Healing - Video Meeting

Online video conference meeting via Teleport.

1) Intro: We connect face to face virtually at the beginning of the session to get acquainted and go over a simple self guided meditation/visualization tecnique that you can use during the Reiki portion of the session to help you focus and relax.

*You are welcome to provide information regarding your reason for booking in the Comments section of the booking page, and I will tailor the meditation/visualization to your intention for the session.

2) Reiki / Relaxation: The Reiki portion is completed with the video session on mute, while you listen to relaxing music via a link that is provided.

3) Reflection: When the Reiki portion is complete, I unmute the video call and walk you back into present moment with my voice. We then complete the Session Overview along with the Tarot + Oracle card reading for additional guidance.

* You will have the opportunity to discuss anything that came up for you in the session if you wish to.

Reiki Energy Healing - New & Existing Patients.

You will have the opportunity to discuss your reason for booking + set an intention of focus with Ash at the beginning of the session.

During the session, Ash incorporates various hand placements to channel Reiki energy into the recipient.

The hand placements include a combination of hovering hands without touch, and lightly making physical contact with the body. However, Reiki can also be done with no physical contact if that is your preference.

At the end of the session, you will have the opportunity to reflect on anything that came up for you, and have a discussion about the insights that Ash picked up + suggested methods for you to further explore and integrate after the session.

* 1 Oracle Card Pull for additional guidance at the end of the session.

You can choose to ask specific questions to better understand a situation / different areas of your life, or come with an open heart and see what messages spirit brings through for you.

Rather than predict a future that is set in stone, Tarot helps uncover a possible future or potential outcome based on the current energy you are holding.

The power is always in your hands and any possible future / outcome is determined by your actions and the energy, beliefs, feeling, thought, conditioning, etc. you hold in the present.

I booked the Reiki + Intuitive Healing session with Ash at her private studio in Ladysmith. Located in a private garden with a gorgeous view overlooking Nanaimo. I loved the Reiki session and guided meditation, it was super relaxing, the sounds and instruments were great and the Tarot reading at the end of the session was helpful. Ash took her time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend! Her Reiki Sound Bath Events at Cedar Community Hall in Ladysmith are a must as well.
